RampUp Studio Philippines respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
What we collect
When you fill in the inquiry form or message us, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, business name, contact number, the service you're interested in, your message, and whether you viewed Philippine or international prices.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote
- To deliver and manage the services you sign up for
- To send invoices and keep records required by law
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your consent.
How it's sent and stored
When you send the inquiry form, your details travel over an encrypted connection to our private, password-protected workspace, and a copy is emailed to us so we can reply quickly. Only RampUp Studio can see them. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Inquiries and client records are kept only for as long as needed to reply, deliver the service, or meet legal and tax requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
